This program is available for residents and fellows in groups. The group coaching is designed as Thrive Program to increase engagement and self-fulfillment and prevent burnout. The program discusses setting goals, growth mindset, authenticity, making conscious choices, and improving our performance, roles, and relationships. It helps work-life integration as well.
We have completed the program for the ophthalmology resident groups at two different institutions.
For fellows, a group coaching called Conscious Leadership Group Coaching is also available.
Please email for more information. The program will be customized for your needs.

"This was the best session. I think it’s helpful to discuss coaching and why teaching it to others in a group setting can be beneficial to get everyone involved. I believe the group dynamics are really important and finding different group exercises to discuss stress relief, goals, fears, and letting us know the environment is completely safe in accordance with HIPPA is important so we can be completely honest about our experiences and feelings. Thank you."
